877-748-2626 Contact person is Ryan Joseph. I recently received an email from experian stating they do not send info to any one regarding credit. They also stated they would be investigating this. I was billed the 450.00 fee before receiving the package and signing the forms. When I call Mr. Joseph to inform him that I decided not to use the service and to request a reversal of the charge, he stated that he could negotiate my fees down, that he would call me later in the day to set up a conference call so that I would be part of the negotiations. As of this time I have not heard anything from Mr. Joseph. He also stated that the company would not risk ruining it's reputation for that small amout of money. He stated they had been in business 9years. If you look at their website they have only been operating under this name for a couple of months with a A- rating, but if you look up the name they were under before the had an F rating.
