When I made my appointment to use the Groupon coupon two weeks ago I was told one lady, Maria was coming to my house and the lady on the phone went over I would get 2 hours of cleaning with the coupon and suggested it will probably take 3 hours to clean my house and quoted $32.00 for the extra hour, which I said I'll tell my husband if she isn't done then it was $32.00 for the extra hour so have her do it if it looks like we need it.
I was at work when she was expected to arrive between 8-9. I e-mailed him at 9:30 and asked how's it going? He said it isn't no one came and no phone call from the company. He called and they said they will send out a team.
Ever and Luz came. Ever looked at our master bath and told my husband the bathroom will take an hour to clean. My husband said go ahead and clean an extra hour, do I need to call someone to pay for the extra hour? Ever said no we take care of it at the end and did not mention how much it would be for that hour. He did do a good job cleaning. I feel when my husband called he should have been told 2 people are coming and what the price difference would be or asked if we preferred to wait for one person. I came home and I asked the same about paying and I mentioned I was told $32 on the phone and did not ask for 2 people to take the place of the one. I wrote a note on the receipt I signed and put $32.00. He said I can take it up with the company he's helper is paid anyway. I called the next day with a different card and was told a supervisor will call me back. Never did, I got a call today the card I said over the phone didn't go through, gave a new card number, I mentioned the price difference again, Was told the gal on the phone will talk to Ever and not charge my card until she calls back.
My card was charged tonight, again no one called. I consider that extremely bad business and being neglectful with my charge card. My suggestion go over pricing even if they change people they are going to send over.
