Had a great experience with this company. I purchased a Groupon a few months back but did not want to call right away to schedule service since I knew they would be really busy. I called last week to make the appointment answered a few questions, chose a date and blindly trusted the company enough to have them come in to my home with no one home. I left the key under the mat with instructions on what I wanted cleaned and where I wanted them to focus since I only got one hour of cleaning by two people. I was told a man named David would be calling me to tell me if my apt needed more time than what the Groupon offered. I was told they would arrive at 10 am and I didn't receive a call until 11:45 am by David saying they could not find my specific apartment. It was an hour and 45 minutes after but since I was not going to be home until later it didn't really matter to me. I told him I wanted him to focus on the bathroom and kitchen and that I left specific instructions with the key under the mat. I never heard from him again and when I got home I was pleasantly surprised. To start off my home was not dirty but I needed a deep cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen. Also my home is tidy so it wasn't a spectacular difference but I appreciated the little details. My bathroom and kitchen were cleaned very well. I have no complaints at all. I rated them a four instead of 5 because I've had professional cleaning done before and they organized things I had on the floor in the bathroom. Not a complaint but I believe 5 stars is for exceptional service and I received very good service from Maid in CA. Will use them again and will ask for David again
