Debbie, I just want to take a few moments to let you know what a GREAT job your staff is doing in cleaning our 6 properties. We have tried several cleaning services and all were unable to handle our needs but that certainly is not the situation we find ourselves in with you and your staff. From the first phone call, to the walk through, to the initial cleaning, to the weekly cleanings, to the friendliness and professionalism of your staff, and to your personal desire to make all right whenever we call--it has been handled with a professionalism that I have not found before in your industry.
You should be very proud of what you have created and the staff that you have surrounded yourself with--well done. A good reputation can make a company very successful and keep it around for a long time. On the other hand a poor reputation can be a companies downfall and close your doors fairly quickly. If I have anything to do with it, your doors will be open for a long time to come.
