Worst cleaning agency ever

This agency doesn't return calls. Their workers don't arrive on time. If their workers break your personal items, they do not take any responsibility for your loss. As a first-time customer, they will tell you that you have to have your house deep cleaned. This is supposed to take 4+ hours. In my case, the workers were in my house for 1hr. 17min. I had a coupon for this agency - 10% off the first cleaning. Did I get it? No! What I got was charged for 2 hours and my family and I had to clean my house after the workers left. It took us 4 hours and we had 3 adults cleaning!
