Customer Service NIGHTMARE!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Cancelled service & moved on to a new service. The acutal cleaners that come out to your home are very professional (some missed cleaning issues), BUT if you have any issues or problems & need to speak with the office staff (specifically Xochitl - prounounce Soshi) - dont waste your time. Save yourself a HUGE headache, and go with a different company from the start. They do not accept responsibility for the mistakes that are made & on top of that they try every way possible to make it your fault. Want to talk to someone other than Xochitl?? Not going to happen.. She is too busy covering her her own tail so she can keep her job, so her boss wont know how awful she handles the clients. 6 months of asking to speak with Debbie, 6 months of excuses as to why she had not replied to my repeated emails & calls. Completely unprofessional & rude. Dont say you werent warned.
