RUDE, LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS!! PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THEIR SERVICE!!!
You guys are really a piece of work. After these people just got done Reporting to transport Reviews to have my last post removed
and say that they didnt even know me but somehow know me when my post gets put back up. Are now trying to say that i refused
service? They never called and said they had a driver on the way they called and said they could get someone out for a extra
$500.Now because i refuse to pay $500 that means i refuse service. Please show me something i signed or made a statement where i
said i canceled??? These people are truly the biggest bunch of bull I have ever seen. As far as happy valley being a small town
this is not true. Happy Valley is Portland OR Look it up on a map! And Portland is not that small and does alot of business. So i
now have took my business to www.autotransportaat.com. Great people they treat you with respect, they have a tracking on your car
so you can keep tabs on it, i placed my order on Friday the 10th my van was picked up on Monday the 13th and will be here
Thursday. Also the people at www.autotransportaat.com helped me locate all their info. I cannot stress enough DO NOT GIVE THESE
PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! What these people do is quote you a low price take your deposit and then when you start asking about your
vehicle they treat you like crap ( and i mean name calling and hanging up in your face no joke read all the other post below) and
then when you ask about a refund they say no and cancel your order and dont answer their phone to you anymore. I posted my last
post below and their response so you can see what these people said. I'm in the process of taking these people to court. Not only
do they not have any proof of what they said like me canceling my order but they also don't have anything i signed saying i dont
get a refund. They just took my money and ran and any attorney can prove that in court. Also I have statements from alot of others
i have been compiling on here who also have been done over by these people. As far as they good reviews dont believe it I'm sure
these people wrote those ones themselves. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE I WOULD HATE FOR YOU TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID AND MANY OTHERS
DID WITH THESES PEOPLE. Also they are not registered with the BEtter Business Bureau!!
was scheduled for a pick-up on a 98 Chevy Venture van from Portland, OR to Ft Bragg, NC on the Sep 1st. I had paid the deposit of
199.00 on the 10th of august giving them 3 weeks time to have my van shipped. Not only did i never ever get a call from them when
i would call about my van i kept getting a different story every time. Than when the 7th hit and i still hadnt heard anything
about my vehicle i called just to have him yelling and screaming at me. I asked for a refund just to have him say and quote " You
must be on drugs that is our money for working the last 3 weeks to find a driver for your van." The guy literally had me in tears.
He hung up on me and my husband and than had a lady call just to say that they could get my van out that day for a extra $500
dollars. I was like no!!. So when i called another shipping company i told them about my experience with these people and they
checked about my van and found out that they didn't even have my order up on the main board at all. He than proceeded to tell me
that their legal company name is also different from their website and gave me all the information on them including their server
processor bondsman. So I can attempt to get my money back. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. YES they may have some good
reviews but you do not want to be one of those people who have to deal with their bad side. ALSO know your rights as a consumer
they can say that your refund is not refundable but as long as you have not signed anything in writing it will not hold up in the
court of law. IF they have screwed you over let me know i have all the info on these people thanks to a trustworthy shipping
company to help get your money back.

THIS ORDER WAS DISPATCHED TO A DRIVER AND CUSTOMER REFUSED DRIVER AND CANCELED ORDER. This is a CHEVY VENTURE MINI VAN,
coming from HAPPY VALLEY, OR, A very SMALL TOWN, where TRUCKS generally DO NOT GO and refuse to go to pick up, heading to Fort
Bragg, NC. The combination of a LARGE VEHICLE, being transported from a DESOLATE place, during the HEIGHT OF SHIPPING SEASON in
August made it EXTREMELY CHALLENGING. WE FOUND A CARRIER AND DRIVER that wanted to pickup and deliver the van. WE DISPATCHED THE
VAN TO THE DRIVER and HE WAS ON THE THE WAY TO PICK IT UP WHEN this CUSTOMER REFUSED the DRIVER/TRUCK and CANCELED the order.
Enough Said!
