I have been a client of Abitare for the last 6 years or so, and I have to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with the staff there.
Very professional, very knowledgeable, and particularly meticulous on finishes for their products.
The quality of the merchandise is definitively High-end, the pricing is (as you can expect) High-end.
Perfect 1 stop shop experience, you are helped as much as possible there. Best part of my experience is always their reliability: they cannot sell you the product you like, they tell you! They cannot deliver in the timely manner you need: they tell you!
It is rear to find a company and Sales people that actually tell you how the real facts are.
I would give them a 9.5 out of 10 in my list.
