can't reach customer service!

Something is just terribly wrong with the customer service of this company! I have a minor problem with the portable hard drive that I bought - the power supply cable broke and I need a new one. Since the product has the warranty, I tried to contact AcomData - now for about 3 weeks in a row. I can not reach them via phone - ALWAYS a busy line, no matter when and for how long I am calling. I have registered online and have written emails again and again to sales@acomdata.com (which gives me an email delivery error), techsupport@acomdata.com and customerservice@acomdata.com - NO response! I even tried different email accounts (which really shouldn't be the issue) - nothing works, the customer service is simply not available. I guess all I can do now is writing reviews. And this issue was so easy to take care of.... amazing!
