I have great things to say about the team that works at Sunnyvale. The service I have received on my 97 Acura was always outstanding. But when I became an unemployed professional, enduring the loss of my savings, home and pension . . . ultimately becoming homeless with meager EDD payments, I did not know how I was going to pay for the car repair that I needed so desperately in order to get to job interviews and training, where there were no buses or train transportation. The manager, John; service rep, Naider; and service technician, Son replaced my axles, cv boots and a oil seal for a low price, lower than the price of the parts in order to help me out.
This is good community outreach and support, and they are a great example for other auto repair places in ways to help the unemployed who cannot afford to repair the cars and still need the transportation for many critical reasons. There are no grants or other kinds of funds ANYWHERE to help the unemployed with car repair needs. Thank you ACURA folks in Sunnyvale on 750 El Camino Real.
I went to other auto repair places asking for a payment plan, but none could help with what I could afford. And without work no one was willing to help too. I decided I would try to ask Acura if they would help me on a payment plan.
One of the new service reps at Acura, Manuel introduced me to the manager, John, who worked in tandem with Naider, the good service rep who usually had taken care of my car before when I could afford it and had work. Naider called me the next day and offered to take care of the replacement of the axles and cv boots for a price lower than the price of the parts. That was a huge burden off my shoulders. So thank you, thank you, John, Naider, and Son, the service technician who did the work on my car.
Your team is an example of community support AND excellent workmanship and service. I want tell everyone about the good working service relationships you extend to customers.
