This company uses questionable training tactics at best. Yes, they have a "stress free" program, but it definitely lacks credibility. That is the good side of this company. I took two classes in late January with a promise to receive my certifications in the mail the following week. I waited for a month before calling to determine where my card was. When I FINALLY got through to a human, I was told that I should have not been promised such prompt service by the instructor. I was told to fax copies of the certificates I received during the class, which I did. Two weeks later, I called back, and get the same run around. This time I am placed on hold again, and no one comes back on the line. The next time I call, with the same complaint, I am told to hold, then I am sent to "administration's" voicemail. I left a message, with no reply. I have also sent an email request, with no reply. I have called back again today, get through to a human quicker (by hitting the prompt to have a corporate class for my company), this time I am told that the cards will be prepared and mailed to me. I am not holding my breath. I will be forwarding my concerns/complaint to the AHA and the Florida Bureau EMS. Buyer beware.
