As I came across so many complaints about this company, Critical Concepts Corporation, I decided to write a review that might be useful and informative.
I am glad to report that this company is finally out of business!
American Heart Association shut them down!
I am sorry about all the inconvenience that you all had to go through, but unfortunately, this company was a one of those who the all mighty dollar was the bottom line, no morals, no ethics!
They had about 33 complaints with BBB but for everybody SAFETY THEY ARE FINALLY OUT OF CIRCULATION!!
Now for those who took the Phlebotomy class, you guys had the wrong info. NO certification require 20 sticks! The minimum sticks required for National Certification is 25.
I have a suggestion, you can contact the company that I had been with for many years. Their site is: inservicesolution.com.
They might be able to help with shedding light on the requirements for Phlebotomy and they offer most courses.
Their site is still in construction until next year, but they are ethical and reliable, but they have contact phone numbers where you can personally call them and you will get an answer.
