Dillsboro Automotive is my first choice when my car needs anything. Darrin is an honest and hard working individual who goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have always hated having to take my car to get something fixed because I had no clue what they were talking about. Darrin make me feel comfortable and explains everything to me. When my car is in his shop and he finds something else wrong other than what it is there for, he has always called me with estimates to see what I wanted to do. When one of his old workers put the wrong sensor on a shaft in my car and I broke down on the side of the road after hours, Darrin came to the location I was at, and personally took my car back to his shop. He then corrected the error for no charge. When searching for tires (which mine are very expensive) Darrin pointed me to another shop that could get them cheaper. I ordered tires and was going to have him mount them, and again he directed me to a place that was less expensive. When it comes to other areas, Darrin's prices are very reasonable. At one point in time Darrin had replaced ball bearings on one of my wheels. Later while in NY visiting family, I had to have bearings on the other wheel replaced and they charged me TWICE the amount Darrin did. Darrin is one of a kind and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my aging car. He has always been friendly and honest, and I would recommend Dillsboro Automotive to anyone.
