Swivel Clamp repair service

I bought the Combo 710 about 3 years ago from Maxline. Recently one of the swivel clamps lose its function to "lock" when stringing. I called Maxline for technical assistance with pictures of the problem attached. I was told to detach and disassembled
the swivel clamp to its components. I make 2-3 attempts everyday for 10 days or so and in vain. The last resort was to shipped it back to Maxline for service. I am pleased that they fixed the problem (they found housng screw inside the clamp to be broken and
replaced it, secured it with thread-lock). Upon mounting it back to the stringing machine, it works like a champ! They indeed tried to solve my problem, be it minor as replacing a screw! Cheers. Kenny
