Our experience since buying their $900 tennis stringing machine last July has been a disaster! The tension mechanism has never worked and after months of shipping it back and forth to California it has been badly cracked from handling and still not repaired. The service tech (Victor?) is a nasty and belligerent individual that's impossible to deal with. We've exhausted all
possibilities dealing with them and would love to get our money back so we can send this piece of junk back! Does anyone have a suggestion for us?
