Ditto to every single bad review I just read. We bought a top of the line TRANE AC unit 3 years ago and since they did a bad job installing and didn't put the proper low voltage wire in, we have had nothing but chronic error code problems that shuts the unit down on the hottest days. The ONLY tech they have that knows what he's doing, recognized and noted the problem and gets the unit working until the next shyster comes out and runs up a huge service bill AND THEY NEVER FIX the wiring problem. They told us take our business elsewhere, (and we'll just keep all the money you've given us for doing absolutely NOTHING, thank you very much). We're a retired military family on a limited income and these thieves have no conscience. On top of it all, in all the years of dealing with situations, none compare to these extremely RUDE people. They are THEE worst we've EVER encountered. Hey ECM you win the prize.
Next stop: our lawyer and the local news. AND TRANE? YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE NOTE ABOUT THESE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS; THEY REFLECT VERY BADLY ON WHAT WE FEEL IS A PRODUCT THAT IS ONLY GOOD IN THEORY, IF THE INSTALLERS CAN'T OR WON'T DO THEIR JOB.
