The company that cares about money not service. Will pressure you to buy a new unit, most techs have no knowledge and mis diagnose. Customer service reps have no training and no knowledge. Nobody at the company has any idea of current promotions and how they are handled. Managers are even worse, they will not call customers back that are having issues, and seem like that they could care less about your problem. They don't check to ensure existing duct work is correct, installers are careless, and want to get in and out quickly. The few times I finally got in touch with some one with a brain they were gone the next time I called in. STAY AWAY
