To be fair:
3 service calls this year:
1. Dishwasher repair: No real problem. (some delays in coming out)
2. Toilet repair: ballcock replaced. Easy repair, Done quickly
3. Clothes washer repair. Service person said parts needed to be ordered. After a week ECM called and said that they would have to bring the machine to their shop and that the parts would cost $169.00 + labor, taxes etc. I complained both in writing and over the phone asking for a new unit. They offered us $200, for a unit that we cost $1,400 (it is stacked so the washing machine could not be replaced separately). They said that I should read the "fine print" which is so small you would need a high powered magnifying glass to read it.
