If your looking to buy a home and want the best company out there to help you, you've come to the right place! Let me share my story with you and you will see just how much their employees work for you not just the company.
My husband and I found a house in a small town we wanted very much and Gateway Equity was the seller's. We went into a contract with them and then we found out there was a problem with the Warranty Deed, we wanted this place so bad but there is a part of you that say's wait hold out for awhile and see what can be done.We are very cautious people and we wanted all the I's dotted and T's crossed before buying.At this point we put all of our hope's and dreams in the hands of Gateway and their employees.
The Gateway team put every thing into clearing up the problem and no matter what they ran into they kept on pushing to get us a Warranty Deed.We didnt give up on them and they didnt give up on us.Next week we close on our home with a Warranty Deed,Gateway came threw for us and even waited for an extra month for us to close.
