Earlier this week (Jan 2011) I ordered sale-priced motorcycle clothing--very good price on Hein Gericke. They helped locate the right size, even called me back twice to work things out, double-checking their stock and their bookkeeping. Then it shipped out that same day Fedex.
All contact was professional, helpful and candid. Phones answered right away. All by phone, no email used.
I'd say the handful of bad online reviews reflect snags that the company has worked out successfully by now. And that's fine since they have good deals on good gear! So good work, Extreme Supply!
