I agreed to use the services of Handyman Matters to replace the vent hose on my clothes dryer in November 2007. Their service man showed up on time, however he came without supplies, or tools to make the repairs. He didn't even have a pen. He spent the first hour and fifteen minutes of the call shopping for supplies and said I would have to pay for is time. When he finished he gave me a bill with no figures on it. When I asked him what the bill total would be, he said I would have to call Agnes to find out.
I did call, however she was to busy to talk to me and has yet to return my call.
When I tried to use my dryer lint blew all over, the machine got overheated and the outside vent blew off. I ended up hiring someone else to correct the the improper repaires the Handyman Matters repairman made. I would not use Handyman Matters again, nor would I reccomend them.
