I really did not like dealing with the owner; he was extremely defensive and hard to deal with once he had my money. The first "rebuilt" transmission I purchased from them did not work properly directly out of the shop. It took three trips back to their shop before the owner told me that he could not figure out what was causing the problem (loss of power, and unable to shift) with their "rebuilt" tranny, and put in another "rebuilt" tranny that never worked right either (excessive leaking between pan/housing and problems shifting). As soon as I was beyond his 6 month warranty, he told me I was on my own, even though his product never worked properly to start with. I was told the warranty started with the first tranny, and did not apply to the second. The owner said I abused it, ran it out of fluid, the solenoid can go out like a light bulb over and over, or he just hung up on me- anything but stand behind his work; the owner absolutely will not back up his work. I felt scammed after dealing with this establishment.
