Did an ALMOST complete job. Did not inspect or clean filter, but told me where it was and how to do it myself, even though he told me on the phone that cleaning the filter was part of the service he offered. Ditto for my neighbour. He's rude and impatient, and was not interested in answering questions, but was quick to try to sell me Bioclean or whatever it is called.
Moore's was the cheapest I had found, but he is seriously lacking in customer service skills.
