In the beginning of this month I was also contacted by "Anne Phillips." She said she was out supplier and that our toner was going up from $898.00 to $992.00 but since we were one of 30 companies they didn't send the email to, we were locked in at the
$898.00 price for the next year. I just started here at my company so I just assumed she really was our supplier. WRONG! When I got the bill, I mailed it to our accounting office and they immediately called me informing this needed to be taken care of because
it is a scam. When I called the number for "Universal Supply Corp," they answered "Corporate Office." I starting explaining to the woman why we were upset and she insisted that I was the only one in the wrong because they record all their calls and make sure
to inform everyone they are an independent company. I don't remember anyone saying this but whatever. As the conversation went on, she started blaming me and said that if I keep talking to her the way I was, she wasn't going to do ANYTHING for me. I let her
speak her mind and then she said "I can't believe I am doing this because of the way you have talked to me, but just send it back and DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX or we will charge you full price." This company is unbelievable.
