This machine and the people who sold it to me are amazing. I've been wanting an Origin Gaming Laptop for over a year and every time I went to ask the million questions I had, customer service was always kind and patient with me. Now about the Laptop itself: WOW...when you've had the worst setups just to get to play games on its minimal settings, and then you have this amazing machine that does not lag, does not freeze, there isn't any waiting from the splash screen to the actual play...I'm in gamers heaven! It wasn't cheap and I knew it would not be...but, it's worth every hard earned penny. Thank you for making me not just a satisfied customer, but an ecstatically joyful happy person. This is one of the best decisions I've made this year...ever I think, as a gamer.
