I recently placed my order with PENSRUS. Our church moved to a new location and we wanted personalized ink pens to commemorate the event. I needed a nice ink pen that was of good quality and, because we thought of ink pens at the last minute, I needed them fast for the special event day. PENSRUS exceeded my expectation. I have been VERY VERY pleased with this company. From the moment I went to their website, to the time I spoke with them on the phone, to the time I sent follow up communication via email through the moment the ink pens arrived, EARLY, at my doorstep. The PENSRUS Team has been a wonderful, professional group of people with whom to work. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY I could tell customer service was important to them. They are now my company for engraved items of this nature and related items.
