I had the most awful experience at this Toyota Dealership. After spending more than almost half day negotiating a price on a 2010 Toyota corolla, we were asked not to come back by the store manager. Here is a summary of events:
Met the Salesman who was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were able to negotiate a deal (after lots of consultations between the salesguy and his manager). After the final handshake, the salesguy comes up to us with a piece of paper that asked us to pay 245 USD for the floor mates and mentioned mudguards and door protectors are not included. My husband a little upset and asked the sales guy why he did not mention these costs when we were discussing the vehicle options. His reply was shocking to say the least. He mentioned that during training sessions, they are asked to bring these additional costs only after making the sale! My husband refused to cough up more money and the sales guy got the store manager to negotiate yet again. The store manager asked us if we would consider not buying the car because of the extra 245 dollars and my husband replied yes. The store manager shakes his head and tells us we have wasted an entire day and not to ever visit his store again! I felt their treatment was extremely rude and had the sales guy and store manager used better customer service tactics, we would have bought the car. We will NEVER recommend this dealership to many of our friends who are considering buying a car.
