I spent $205.54 when I bought 2 new tires from this company. The next day when we tried to get out on the interstate to begin our family vacation, a severe vibration brought us back to this company while the family waited. "You're good to go, all zeroed out and balanced" J.D. (owner) told us. Again we got on the interstate only to find the severe vibration had not been alleviated. Substituting for another vehicle was the only way we could get out of town. Upon our return to NM, I again, for the 3rd time took my vehicle to this business to get the problem rectified. When I picked it up, again I was told, "You're good to go, all zeroed and balanced" said Russell (Manager). I took it out on the interstate to find that the vibration was still there. I took my vehicle to a different business and had them look at the problem. They showed me, one of the new tires was wobbling all over the place, the tire was "out of round", a defective tire! I took the vehicle back to Premier Tire and told them the discovery another business made. Premier Tire replaced the tire free of charge. All was well and done I thought. The vibration was still there. Again I took the vehicle back to the other business, the mechanic showed me, the replacement tire was NOT balanced. The valve stem was 180 degrees from the tire manufacturer's red dot. Not being a mechanic I did not know until the other business told me that is the site for the valve stem placement. In summary, after 3 attempts to get Premier Tire and their mechanics to do the job right, I finally gave up and went to another professional and have learned through them, the mechanics at Premier are inept and the manager doesn't care.
