My family room is now useless and dangerous. Old carpet was removed before we saw how severely damaged the new carpet from your factory was. Now you won't even send us a new roll of carpet in a timely fashion. You should be ashamed of yourselves. That is not how you do business. Where is your commitment to customer service.
You don't even deserve one star.!!!!
I will be writing to the BBB about your poor customer service and inferior quality carpets.
August 18th 2016 Well our new carpet from Royalty finally arrived and the installers were here to put my beautiful new carpet down, Right? WRONG!!!! the carpet was delivered in two different colors. ( You should have their faces) I am ready for tears. I have waited a month and my family room is useless right now and dangerous with the tacks still exposed.
