Excellent seller with outstanding customer service. The kinetic wind feature required a replacement and upgraded wheel of blades. When notified of the problem, Starwood Imports promptly sent both new and improved blades free of any charges, including shipping. This is a seller who stands behind his product and I can recommend Starwood very highly.
