After a traffic accident involving our brand new Hyundai Sonata, my wife and I took our damage vehicle to Star Collision for the body repair. Hoping for the best but expecting only an average outcome (considering the newness of the car), we were overjoyed at the results. Star Collision was on the list of approved shops that we were given by our insurance company. That along with a recommendation from a friend sold us on the idea of giving Star Collision an opportunity to do the work. We were met by the owner, Mr. Ryan White, who did an extensive investigation of the damage. After a some quick research and calculations, Mr. White informed us that the repair would take approximately one week. That seemed like a pretty quick turn-around time considering the amount of damage and the fact that parts needed to be ordered. Before we left, Mr. White also informed us that cars available for their customers. We had an extra car available, so we did not need to take advantage of this additional service. Throughout the time our car was in the shop, my wife and I were kept in-the-loop as to the progress of the repairs. Additionally, our Star Collision customer service representative worked with our insurance agent and the claims adjuster to make sure that all of the squares were filled. The repairs were completed on time, as promised. As I mentioned previously, my wife and I were amazed at the results. There was no indication that the car had ever been in an accident. The metal looked smooth and flawless, and the paint color was matched perfectly. I would highly recommend Star Collision.
