After purchasing a 2011 Grand Cherokee on 10/7/10, we had to go back to this dealer to clarify the loan documents. We were already frustrated as Loan company was blaming on the documents provided by this dealer, and the dealer was blaming on the loan compay. Consumer has to suffer from their errors! When we arrived at this dealer on 11/30/10, the manager (Bob) was just adding fuel to our frustration. And he told us that we bought just one car out of 2000 cars he sold, and we don't mean nothing to him. Well, why these type of people are selling cars, and even hold manager position?! After they sell you a car, they don't care about you. Why should they be in a business?
