I listed my house in Charlottesville, VA with The Realty Dot. I signed up for the 6 month mls listing and my house sold after only 2 months. The Realty Dot answered all of my questions, posted my open houses (don't know how worth it the open houses were, but that's another story), made my requested price change and emailed me all leads. I called their toll free number on a few occasions, a couple times I had to leave voicemails and they returned my call in a couple hours and the other times a rep answered and helped me immediately. I did find emailing them easier- I always got a reply immediately, even late at night and over the weekend. Realtors called me to set up showings so I didn't hear any comments from realtors about how they were treated on the phone. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend them.
