Be careful

Twice they failed to change asking price and open house notice in a timely manner causing me to miss two important market dates. They said they were having difficulty with their MLS link. I became frustrated and asked for my money back and they said they wouldn’t refund anything after the property is listed on MLS even if it is their fault. It took 6 days for them to get the price changed on MLS the first time and I am still waiting after 3 days for this second time.
Just be careful and don’t expect to be able to talk to anyone. They will not call you back. My experience has been very poor. Can not recommend them.
