I AGREE - DO NOT PURCHSE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Sadly, the other reviews are the same experience I had. I purchased a trampoline net, received the wrong size, emailed and called to try to get an exchange, and then to get a refund. No one ever responded to any of my calls or emails. The money, of course, was deducted from my credit card account immediately upon purchase, but has yet to be refunded, and it is now over a month later. Still haven't heard from the company. It's too bad we can't trust internet purchases anymore.
