Same as others here, this company is GARBAGE!
My wife ordered a mat and it was the wrong size... our fault. But, then when we tried calling their customer service number there was never an answer. Throughout the day, different times, SEVERAL times a day, never an answer. Finally I called the sales line because they always seem to pick that one up and got someone who gave us an RMA number so we could return it.
Several emails were sent back and forth between the two of us about the size of the new mat and it was confirmed several times what size we needed. We get the new mat... and what happened... THEY SENT THE SAME MAT AS WE ORDERED BEFORE... THE WRONG FREAKING SIZE!!!
So, I have been calling and emailing for a month now and no response and now their "warehouse expansion" has their whole business grinding to a halt according to the message on their phone. Customer service is a joke and they couldn't possibly care any less about answering their customers. I have filed complaints with the State Attorney General's office as well as the Chamber of Commerce in Huntington Beach, CA.
