They definitely do NOT ship within a day as their website states. I purchased my replacement springs on September 23rd and did not get them until today (October 15). They did not respond at all to numerous emails to explain what the delay was. VERY poorly packaged. The postmark states October 12 ( conveniently the day that I sent an email stating I was going to contact BBB and also request a refund ). Quality looks just ok, nothing fabulous. DO NOT order from this website. Please pay a little more to give business to a reputable seller.
