Unprofessional Service and Failure to Provide Students

I have an M.S. in Chemical Engineering and teach at the local community college. You would think that with my profile tutornation.com would be able to provide me with referrals. In one year I received less than six...and all were outside the 20-mile radius that I specified. Any online referrals that they sent me were not appropriate (i.e., engineering subjects that needed cross-referrals to charts and tables).
I canceled my $ 120 subscription and asked for a refund. They did not reply even after I sent them several reminder emails. I waited for 2 whole months. I had to go through my credit card to find out why they refused to refund me. Apparently I had sent my request for cancellation AFTER THE DATE OF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. I had never heard of SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM! So, now they are going to keep my money and I am not going to get any useful service. WHAT A SCAM!
