I was amazed at how detailed the carpet cleaning process was. They did an initial inspection and pointed out areas that needed extra care. They applied a pre-treatment solution, followed by a rotary scrubbing machine that worked the solution deep into the carpet fibers. The steam extraction they used pulled out years of dirt and grime. My carpets are brighter and softer now.
