My son recently ordered a controller from GamingModz. They immediately claimed the money from PayPal but were extremely slow on getting the product out. Their website indicated to my son that the product would be out within 2-5 days. After two weeks we started trying to contact them. EMails went unanswered. A phone call resulted in being placed on hold for an extremely long time, when the person did finally come back to talk to him, she said she could not help him and would have to have someone call back. We never received a return call. After that I emailed them several times to tell them I wanted to cancel my order and asked for my money to be refunded. Again no response. Today the controller came in the mail. I hope it works, from the other reviews I have read here I am not confident that it will. We cannot return it, as it falls into one of the "not able to return" categories. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
